Players that are serious about goalkeeping have the opportunity to enhance and develop their goalkeeper skills with the help of our professional coaches. These hourlong classes focus on the physical and mental demands of goalkeeping through a series of exercises and comprehensive progressions. Players are challenged and divided based on their current age group, level, and ability. Each session will teach skills and techniques associated with,
but not limited to, the following: footwork, handling & parrying, diving & proper form, reflexes, angles & breakaways, organization & defensive leadership, and more

High School Age Groups- 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Middle School & younger- 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

No sessions on 12/15, 1/1, 1/15, 2/19
